The Role

We’re seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to expand Muse’s partner ecosystem and scale our embedded finance distribution channels. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute partner strategies across FX platforms, ERPs, embedded platforms, and financial institutions. This is a high-impact, commercial role where you’ll combine deal-making with strategic influence, helping Muse reach SMEs at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across FX, ERP, and embedded finance ecosystems

  • Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives

  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements and revenue-sharing frameworks

  • Orchestrate seamless partner integrations with our product and tech teams (API/ERP/FX)

  • Represent Muse at commercial meetings, industry events, and conferences

  • Act as the voice of the partner internally, influencing product and roadmap decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • Background: 5+ years in fintech B2B partnerships or commercial roles, with a solid finance background. Must have sold financial products.

  • Skills: Partner identification and negotiation, GTM strategy, and integration orchestration (API/ERP/FX).

  • Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-impact commercial partnerships

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust at C-level

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with embedded finance distribution

  • Cross-border or FX partnerships (e.g., Ebury)

  • Prior exposure to lending APIs or ERP integrations
